Are you the commis chef who can make our culinary dreams come true? We are looking for a commis chef to join us in creating a masterpiece every day.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- You provide a professional efficient and flexible service.
- Mise en place.
- Preparing appetizers, mains and desserts during lunch & dinner.
- Provide input for new dishes and/or menus.
- Implementing and monitoring the H.A.C.C.P.
Job Requirements:
- You have a talent for cooking.
- You have a chef/SVH education.
- You have a broad development and affinity for gastronomy & the hotel industry in an international setting.
- You are flexible, proactive and customer-oriented.
- Weekend days are also a working day for you.
- You hold a driver’s license.
- You live in Limburg or are willing to relocate for work. We are a tri-state operation, which means we hire German, English, Dutch and multilingual staff.

Dishwasher wanted at Abdij Hotel Rolduc!
We are looking for a hospitality topper! Abdij Hotel Rolduc, the largest abbey complex in the Benelux and a UNESCO World Heritage Site! With 157 rooms, its own restaurant and 16 conference rooms, there is always something to do.
What will you do? We have a professional kitchen where we prepare lunch and dinner daily and where you can join the catering team as a dishwasher. Thus, you contribute to order and cleanliness making sure that the kitchen and service team always has clean dishes, cutlery and utensils so that the guest never miss anything.
Your talents:
- You have a keen eye for detail
- You possess a great sense of responsibility
- You are service-oriented, helpful and have a positive attitude
- You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- You are flexible and also available in the evenings or weekends
- You can work well in a team, but are also independent

The team at Abdij Hotel Rolduc is looking for a team player to support our Front office team. We are a close-knit team and, in addition, we are a little quirky, ambitious but, above all, a real pack of wolves. We are part of Different Hotels and the Van Melick Catering Group.
Key responsibilities and duties
- Receiving and welcoming our guests.
- Taking and processing reservations.
- Checking in and out domestic and foreign guests.
- Taking care of the handling of peculiarities and wishes of guests.
- Ensuring proper information towards our guests.
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone and email traffic.
- Informing other departments such as Housekeeping and Sales.
- Support with administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- You are pursuing an MBO degree in hospitality, hospitality or hotel school.
- You are handy with hotel software and learn quickly.
- You like to work in a structured manner and work in great detail.

As a Duty Management intern, you will assist the General Manager in managing the entire hotel operation. To maximize and exceed guest satisfaction, as a management intern you will work with the operations team to provide the best possible service. You will live, communicate and monitor company values at all times. You will help lead our employees to improve their performance, profitability and continuous development of customer service and quality standards.
Biggest challenge and WHY do we need you? As a Duty Management intern, you will work closely with team members from all operational departments, and assist our General Manager. You will support these departments as and when needed. Your job is to ensure that all operational processes within the hotel run as smoothly as possible to ensure a perfect stay for all our guests. You will be our jack-of-all-trades in handling guest complaints, checking rooms, basic maintenance tasks, security checks and directing departments in the absence of a manager or supervisor. In short: a challenging position for an ambitious student!
Key responsibilities and duties
- Be available to all departments during shifts for support and questions;
- Support the Front Office Team as needed and substitute for management during absences;
- Conduct regular quality checks in public areas, outlets and rooms
- Be a great host at all times with a great smile!
- Be on top of guest requests and make sure to have fun
- Recognize commercial opportunities and connect them with our team members
- Be the first point of contact for guest complaints and ensure proper follow-up;
- Actively organize and co-host events for our guests;

Job Requirements
- Experience as a student pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel School, Tourism or related field.
