Front Office Manager – Abdij Hotel Rolduc
A leader with a passion for hospitality and team development
As Front Office Manager at Abbey Hotel Rolduc, you are the face of our iconic location and play a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences. You lead a young and dynamic front office team, coaching, motivating, and training them to elevate their skills. Your profile:

Sales & Event Coordinator – The lynchpin between sales and operations!

No day is the same in this versatile role! You are the point of contact for business meetings, weddings and corporate events. Your duties include:
Sales & administration 50%
- Handle, follow up and sign incoming inquiries using our sales system.
- Prepare quotes and follow-up leads (you don’t miss an opportunity!).
- Aftersales: follow-up guests and record experiences.
- Preparation of reports through the sales system.
- Various physical sales appointments with diverse audiences, from major productions to leading regional bookers.
Event coordination 30%
- Prepare and coordinate banquet sheets and scripts with colleagues and clients.
- Prepare and attend sheet meetings.
- Operational support in leadership role at major or significant events.

Creative and commercial tasks 20%

As a Duty Management intern, you will assist the General Manager in managing the entire hotel operation. To maximize and exceed guest satisfaction, as a management intern you will work with the operations team to provide the best possible service. You will live, communicate and monitor company values at all times. You will help lead our employees to improve their performance, profitability and continuous development of customer service and quality standards.
Biggest challenge and WHY do we need you? As a Duty Management intern, you will work closely with team members from all operational departments, and assist our General Manager. You will support these departments as and when needed. Your job is to ensure that all operational processes within the hotel run as smoothly as possible to ensure a perfect stay for all our guests. You will be our jack-of-all-trades in handling guest complaints, checking rooms, basic maintenance tasks, security checks and directing departments in the absence of a manager or supervisor. As a front office employee you are not only the first point of contact for our guests but you make sure that our guests can come to you with all their questions! Profile:
