Brasserie De Kanunnik
Our brasserie exudes the rich monastic atmosphere, but encased in a contemporary monk’s habit. Just as the kitchen brothers used to prepare very healthy monastery meals, our contemporary chefs now put their heart and soul into the dishes. Of course with seasonal products from the region.
During the day we serve dishes from the lunch menu. In the evening you can enjoy the seasonal menu.

Back again, our à la carte menu with new dishes. Whether you prefer something a bit more fancy or a tasty burger, our brasserie has it all.

Seasonal menu
Each season our chefs create a wonderful 3 or 4 course menu (including or excluding drinks), as the four seasons bring wonderful ingredients.
Asparagus season has begun! So this menu is completely geared to our Limburg asparagus.

Terrace / lunch menu
Enjoy a rich lunch. This is available from Friday to Sunday between 12 and 4 pm.
Sept. 7: terrace closed due to crowds.
Sept. 26/27/28: terrace closed due to private event.

Our drinks menu is served all days of the week between 12 and 4 pm and is ideal during a sunny terrace day!
