Our brasserie exudes the classic rich monastic atmosphere, but encased in a contemporary monk’s habit. Just as the kitchen brothers used to prepare very healthy monastic meals, our contemporary chefs now put their heart and soul into the dishes. Of course, with seasonal products from the region.

During the day we serve dishes from the lunch menu. In the evening, you can enjoy a seasonal menu.

Due to limited number of seats, you must secure a table reservation in advance through our front desk. We cannot guarantee dinner without a reservation.

Brasserie Menu (À la carte)
Back on the scene, our à la carte menu with new dishes. Could it be a little more fancy or just a tasty burger, our brasserie has it all. Available Friday through Sunday only for now. We are going to expand this soon!

Terrace/lunch menu
Enjoying a rich lunch. This is available Friday through Sunday and can be obtained between noon and 4 p.m.

Board menu
We serve our boards Wednesday through Sunday between 12:00 & 4:00 p.m. and are ideal during a sunny patio day!

Drinks menu
Enjoy our selection of alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Please note: that our brasserie is open daily to hotel guests. Outside guests are welcome on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Monday & Tuesday
17:30 – 20:45

  • We are closed during the day, during busy times we may decide to open the outlet. Keep an eye on our Social Media for this or give us a call!
  • We serve our daily fresh Menu Du Chef starting at 5:30 pm.

Wednesday & Thursday
12:00 – 20:45

  • We serve our beverage selection throughout the day.
  • Between noon and 4 p.m., we also serve tasty tasting boards.
  • Starting at 5:30 p.m., we serve our daily fresh Menu Du Chef.

Friday through Sunday
12:00 – 20:45

  • From noon to 4 p.m., we offer our lunch menu.
  • From 5:30 to 8:45 p.m. we offer our a la carte menu and Menu Du Chef.
