Our brasserie exudes the classic rich monastic atmosphere, but encased in a contemporary monk’s habit. Just as the kitchen brothers used to prepare very healthy monastic meals, our contemporary chefs now put their heart and soul into the dishes. Of course, with seasonal products from the region.

During the day we serve dishes from the lunch menu. In the evening, enjoy a delicious seasonal a la carte menu.

Due to limited seating, you must secure a table reservation in advance through our front desk. We cannot guarantee dinner without a reservation.

Friday Saturday
12:00 – 23:00

  • The kitchen is open for lunch between noon and 4 pm.
  • The kitchen is open for dinner between 5 and 9:30 p.m.
