Our brasserie exudes the rich monastic atmosphere, but encased in a contemporary monk’s habit. Just as the kitchen brothers used to prepare very healthy monastery meals, our contemporary chefs now put their heart and soul into the dishes. Of course with seasonal products from the region.

During the day we serve dishes from the lunch menu. In the evening you can enjoy a changing menu.

Mandatory reservation

Due to limited seating, please secure a table reservation in advance through our front desk. We cannot guarantee dinner without a reservation.

Back again, our à la carte menu with new dishes. Whether you prefer something a bit more fancy or a tasty burger, our brasserie has it all. 

For now, only available Friday through Sunday. We will expand this soon!

Terrace / lunch menu

Enjoy a rich lunch. This is available from Friday to Sunday and is available between 12 and 4 pm. 

Borrelmenu

We serve our borrel boards Wednesday through Sunday between 12:00 & 4:00 p.m. and are ideal during a sunny patio day!

Drinks menu 

Our drinks menu is served all days of the week between 12 and 4 pm and is ideal during a sunny terrace day!

Enjoy our selection of cocktails, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages.
