Our brasserie exudes the classic rich monastic atmosphere, but encased in a contemporary monk’s habit. Just as the kitchen brothers used to prepare very healthy monastic meals, our contemporary chefs now put their heart and soul into their dishes. Naturally, with seasonal products from the region.

During the day, we serve dishes from the lunch menu. In the evening, you can enjoy a delicious seasonal à la carte menu.

Due to limited seating, you must make a table reservation in advance through our reception desk. We cannot guarantee dinner without a reservation.
