Brasserie The Kanunnik

Our brasserie exudes the rich monastic atmosphere, but encased in a contemporary monk’s habit. Just as the kitchen brothers used to prepare very healthy monastery meals, our contemporary chefs now put their heart and soul into the dishes. Of course with seasonal products from the region.

During the day we serve dishes from the lunch menu. In the evening you can enjoy a changing menu.

Please note: that our brasserie is open daily for hotel guests. External guests are welcome on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Monday through Thursday              12:00-21:00

We then serve our beverage selection with a choice of  tasting boards.

From 17:00 the kitchen opens and we serve our three or four course choice menu.

Friday to Sunday                               12:00-23:00

We then serve our beverage selection along with our delicious lunch menu!

From 12:00 to 16:00 we offer our lunch menu.

From 17:30 to 21:00 we offer our three or four course choice menu.

The kitchen is open until 21:00; drinks until 23:00.

Due to limited seating, please secure a table reservation in advance through our front desk. We cannot guarantee dinner without a reservation.

Come celebrate Easter with a delicious brunch at our historic hotel! 

Enjoy a buffet consisting of hot and cold dishes suitable for spring. Think colored eggs, meatballs in tomato sauce, homemade asparagus soup, fresh fruit salad and much more! 

1st and 2nd Easter Day from 12:00 to 15:00.

Prefer to enjoy a sumptuous buffet in the evening? No problem!

In the evening you can enjoy a delicious 4-course buffet prepared by our chef. With tasty dishes, hot and cold that perfectly suit spring. 
Think carpaccio of butterfish and lime, homemade asparagus soup, leg of lamb in Limburg mustard, not to mention sweet treats. 

1st and 2nd Easter day from 18:00
