F&B Allround Supervisor
Location: Abdij Hotel Rolduc, Kerkrade
Who are we looking for?
As F&B All-round Supervisor at Abdij Hotel Rolduc, you are an energetic and driven leader who likes to take charge on the work floor. You ensure that our guests enjoy an extraordinary experience time and time again, while motivating and developing your team.
Your profile:
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (German and/or French is an advantage).
- You are structured, work in great detail, and have a businesslike attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Broad affinity with gastronomy and the hotel industry, with an international perspective.
- Flexible, proactive, and guest-oriented.
- Weekends and holidays are no problem for you.
- In possession of a driver’s license.
- Residing in Limburg (preferred).
Your duties and responsibilities:
- Guiding, training, and motivating employees, with an eye for detail and hospitality.
- Conducting progress interviews and supporting the development of the F&B team.
- Prepare, execute, and complete daily tasks based on banqueting sheets and restaurant lists.
- Ensuring service quality using checklists.
- Responsible for all HACCP activities, with the exception of the kitchen.
- Hosting dinners, parties, seminars, and conferences for 2 to 400 people.

- You live in Limburg or are willing to relocate for work. We are a tri-state operation, which means we hire German, English, Dutch and multilingual staff.

- You present a wonderful breakfast each day and take care of preparations for the next day.
- When needed, you will help prepare and supervise sandwich lunches.
- You will prepare weekly order list for the F&B Manager to ensure proper inventory levels.
- You ensure service quality using detailed checklists.
- You will be responsible for performing all HACCP tasks related to breakfast.
