Booking, payment, and cancellation for Christmas dinners. For package deals, the rules in the online booking module apply.
Books
We prefer reservations made online through our website. We do not accept phone reservations during the holidays. Groups of 11 or more: sales@rolduc.com.
Received an invoice
Shortly after you make your reservation, you will receive a pro forma invoice by email.
Pay within 7 days
Payment has been confirmed. Please include your menu selection with your payment.
Enjoy
Didn’t receive a menu? In that case, the chef will choose the menu on the day itself.
Booked late?
- Within 7 days of the event: pay within 48 hours.
- Within 24 hours of the event: pay immediately, only if a table is still available.
- Changes to guest list or menu selection: free up to 7 days in advance; after that, €25.00 per change.

Less than 7 days in advance or no-show: the full amount
The same rule applies to all Christmas meals (December 24, 25, and 26). Cancellations must always be made in writing.
Good to Know
- Drinks are not included.
- The early-bird rate applies to bookings made on or before November 1, 2026.
- The 65+ discount is always valid and can be combined with the early-bird discount.
- Children ages 4 to 12 pay a fixed price; children under 4 eat for free.
- Every menu features a vegetarian option. Do you have any allergies? Please let us know when you book.
