Everything You Need for a Festive New Year's Eve
From carpaccio and smoked salmon to game stew, turkey, and linguine with truffle cream sauce. Finish with a selection of desserts and the chocolate fountain.
After that, you can continue to enjoy the live music and the festive atmosphere in the abbey.

Youth ages 12–18: €90.00 per person. Includes the same buffet and non-alcoholic beverages. Fixed price, no discounts. No admission for children under 12.

House beer on tap, non-alcoholic beer, house wine (white, red, and rosé), soft drinks, fruit juices, mineral water, coffee, and tea.
At midnight, we’ll pour sparkling wine for a toast to 2027. Young people ages 12–18 will be served non-alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic sparkling drinks.
Alcoholic spirits are not included.
Booking, Payment, and Cancellation
1. Reservations
We recommend making reservations online via our website. During the holidays, we do not accept reservations by phone. Groups of 11 or more: sales@rolduc.com.
2. Payment
After you make your reservation, you will receive a pro forma invoice. Please pay within 7 days; once payment is received, your reservation will be confirmed.
3. Festive Delights
We’ll be welcoming you starting at 6:30 p.m. The buffet begins at 7:00 p.m., and the party will last until 1:00 a.m.
Are you booking within 7 days of the event? If so, please pay within 24 hours. Payment is required immediately if booking within 24 hours of the event, and reservations are subject to availability.
You may cancel or make changes free of charge up to 7 days in advance. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance or fail to show up, you will be charged the full amount. Cancellations must be made in writing. For changes to guest information after that deadline, a fee of €25.00 per change applies.

Celebrate New Year's Eve and stay the night
Enjoy the all-inclusive party night and then stay the night in the abbey. On New Year’s Day, start your day off leisurely with breakfast.

There is no early-bird or 65+ discount on this package. Everyone pays the package price, including young people. The party is open to guests ages 12 and older.
